Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy:
A 100% refund will be granted only in the event of a cancellation within 10 days of signing the initial contract. All sales are final after this period.
2. Payment Structure:
Projects may be split into monthly payments as a courtesy to the client. However, once a payment or deposit is made, it becomes non-refundable.
3. Digital Marketing Packages:
All digital marketing packages, including Creative services or Advertising services, are non-refundable. The client may cancel with a written notice 30 days in advance, in accordance with other terms outlined in the contract.
4. Services Already Delivered:
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, started, or for any other non-recoverable miscellaneous charges incurred by Btrue Media. Once an initial draft is provided, no payment will be refunded.
5. Partial Refunds:
There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.
6. Third-Party Online Marketing Services:
No refunds or credits of any kind will be provided for any third-party online marketing services, even if a fee was paid in advance. After a payment is made, there are no exceptions to this refund policy.
7. Abandoned or Dormant Projects:
Refunds will not be offered on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days. If services are signed up for but not utilized, the client remains liable for payment.
8. Billing Cycles and Cancellation:
Billing cycles for agreed services will continue until the client organization sends a cancellation notice in writing. No refunds will be provided for billing cycles already initiated.
9. Refund Processing & Turnaround Time:
Refunds will be processed within 45 to 60 days from the date of request. This includes the time taken to review, process, and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.
Once the refund is initiated, customers will receive a confirmation email. The credited amount should reflect in their bank account within the specified 45 to 60-day period, depending on their bank’s processing time.

All refund requests must adhere to the terms outlined in this policy. Btrue Media reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay informed about any changes.
